Return Policy

1. All goods sold are not refundable or returnable. 

2. Refund request will be allowed under 2 circumstances:

    i. Products are damaged and rendered inedible upon delivery with substantial evidence (videos/photos). 

    ii. Payment Issues (ie. duplicate transactions, transaction error, and etc.)

3. Refunds will be made via bank transfer upon approval.
